I went and saw Teresa last year 2021, my sisters actually gifted me to go and see her, as at that point I was in a very dark space with no hope and being very hesitant, I was soo happy I went to see her because that meeting changed my life and allowed me to reset and allow myself to carry on living and look to the bright side of life, even though It has its challenges.  I was able to carry on and continue being a mother and colleague and look after myself with the help and support she gave me.
