• Teresa does not diagnose medical conditions, offer medical advice, or prescribe medication. Along with this, regarding any important decisions that you feel need to be made in your life in regard to health, finances, relationships, emotional welfare, children, or other important matters, Teresa will recommend you refer to a professional for advice.

• All readings are private and confidential.
• Teresa reserves the right to end a Reading or service if she feels there is any threatening or unpleasant behavior.
• Teresa also reserves the right to refuse, restrict or cancel a reading or service that she provides. Reasons whereby this may occur include, but are not limited to, overbooking, a lack of connection to spirit, and external circumstances beyond Teresa's control. A full refund of the paid price will always be given in these circumstances.
• Bookings or paid Readings and services require 24 hours' notice of cancellation. No-shows and cancellations under the 24 hours notice period will not be refunded.
• Teresa cannot guarantee that a specific spirit or information will be given in the Reading.
