The Source and Sensing Universal Energy.
Sensing universal energy, energy from the source is forever present in our daily life, and the ability to tap into this energy is a gift;
not a talent for the select few. So how do we sense and feel universal energy?
When our souls are born from the light of the source (God’s source) we are created from the same energy as the source, as souls born into this world as babies, we gain parents, each parent contributing 50% of their DNA to a baby being born.
We are all made solely from the source’s energy; also known as universal energy. all souls, matter, and living things are also made from the same energy. Because we tend to think of ourselves, and everything in the universe as tangible, it can be quite difficult to accept that everything including us, is made from the same energy. But what people sometimes don’t understand is that because we are all made of the same energy, we as human souls can manipulate and sense energy. Energy as we know; constantly flows and changes form. Sensing universal energy can take time, but with practice, it can be done.
Because our energy lies on the physical plane as human souls, our energy is much denser and heavier than it originally was in its pure soul form.
But despite this, we can still feel universal energy around us in its higher-lighter form. All we need to do is be open-minded to sensing this energy and release old beliefs and rules around our senses.
In our physical form and a perfect world, we are born with all our five senses working in unison- touch, sight, smell, hearing, and taste. In the physical world, these senses are used to help us navigate what physically exists around us. But our senses are not just limited to the physical, we can learn to recognize, understand, use and sense energy on the spiritual plane. Babies are born with numerous spiritual senses, but unfortunately, these tend to subside as they continue to grow and over-adapt to the physical world. The result is our spiritual senses can become dormant.
On our spiritual plane the sense of sight, known as Clairvoyance can be used to see and use energy to gain visual information. Creating friction by rubbing our hands together can create an area of denser energy and this can be felt by gently pulling our hands apart after creating this friction. But with the sense of Clairvoyance on the spiritual plane, we can both feel and see the denser energy created by friction.
Clairaudience is the sense of hearing which helps us feel and hear universal energy through different pitches, vibrations, and frequencies. Certain words, prayers, and tones resonate with high energy and allow us to activate hearing on a spiritual plane. Solfeggio frequencies are particularly good at activating spiritual plane hearing.
The sense of touch can also be manipulated on a physical plane. An example on a physical plane is the manipulation of universal energy by simply waving your hands through the air and sensing the air moving. Holistic healers sense universal energy in its true – lighter form (our pure soul’s form) they can harness and manipulate this energy for the good of healing. Chinese energy healing has been around for generations and uses the manipulation of soul energy to clear hidden blockages in energy, which can be harmful to a person’s mind, body, spirit, and soul.
When it comes to shifting our physical senses to our spiritual senses, there needs to be alignment and balance in your body, as well as awareness and positive clarity of thought. Concentration and belief are also vital in recognizing and understanding universal energy, otherwise, without these, our mind will block us from sensing it.
Once you have learned to understand the concept of universal energy, you can then choose to use it to your advantage to enhance your life and the lives of others. The art of manifestation is the act of purposeful manifestation, attracting chosen energy into your life. For example, if you decide you need a new car or particular job, all you need to do is to understand that that car or job is made of the same universal energy as you, as is the money and everything needed to gain ownership and attract that car or job towards you. Manifestation is a direct and purposeful connection between intention and action; shifting and directing universal energy.
Unfortunately, the only thing that stops people from succeeding in sensing and using universal energy is disbelief in its existence and power. A golden rule with manifestation is to be realistic with your goals, as unrealistic goals won’t produce results. Instead – universal energy will be repelled rather than let you work with it. Also, your goals need to be tangible and have realistic timelines appropriate for each goal; there’s a difference between wanting a new car and wanting a new pair of shoes.
Remember we all have the ability and power to sense and use universal energy around us. The first step to believing and then knowing it exists around us is to learn how to sense and feel it. Start simple with small exercises to recognise and understand universal energy. Meditation, five to ten minutes a day is perfect, try it. 🙂
